Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT OVERVIEW

At Pixilabb, we provide both digital design services and physical printed products. It is important to note that Shipping Time is separate from Processing/Production Time.

2. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

Because our products are custom-made, they require time for design and manufacturing before they can be shipped.

  • Design Phase: Typically takes 3–7 business days. This depends on the complexity of your project (Branding, UI/UX, etc.) and how quickly you provide feedback/revisions.

  • Printing Phase: Once you approve your final digital proof, printing typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Ready to Ship: Your order will be handed to the carrier only after these phases are complete.

3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier backlogs.

4. DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time to ensure secure delivery of your custom marketing materials.

5. ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. DIGITAL DELIVERY (NON-PHYSICAL GOODS)

For services that do not require physical printing (such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, or UI/UX Design files), delivery will be made via a secure download link or email. No physical shipping charges apply to these services.

7. DAMAGES & CLAIMS

Pixilabb is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If there is a printing error (different from the proof you approved), please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at sales@pixilabdesignstudio.com so we can arrange a reprint.
