No Return, No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products (DTF, UV DTF, Sublimation), Pixilab Design Studio does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Once your order has been processed, printed, or shipped, it is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in our quality control. However, if an item arrives physically damaged or defective, we offer a one-time reprint under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery (for shipped orders) or at the time of pickup.

  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect to sales@pixilabdesignstudio.com.

  • If approved, a reprint will be processed. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Customer Responsibility (File Errors)

Pixilab Design Studio is not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution or "blurry" images provided by the customer.

  • Spelling or design errors in customer-provided files.

  • Incorrect sizing (we print files at the size provided; we do not stretch or distort images).

  • Color variations due to screen settings versus physical ink.

Processing & Turnaround

  • Turnaround times begin only once a correctly formatted, print-ready file is received.

  • Orders with missing details or low-resolution warnings may be delayed until the customer responds.

Shipping Delays & Loss

  • Pixilab Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

  • Once a package is marked "In Transit" or "Pending," please contact the carrier directly.

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance. If a package is lost or arrives damaged and you purchased insurance, you must file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.

In-Store Pickup

  • Customers must inspect their orders before leaving the studio.

  • Once an order leaves our premises, it is considered accepted in its final condition.

  • Abandoned Orders: Orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and discarded. No refunds or reprints will be issued for unclaimed items.


3. Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

To protect our studio and our customers, we use advanced Fraud Detection Software.

  • High-Risk Orders: If an order is flagged as high-risk, we will pause production and contact you via phone (+1 469-432-6283) or email to verify your identity. Failure to respond will result in the order being cancelled.

  • Chargebacks: We take fraudulent disputes seriously. Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from pixilabdesignstudio.com and potential legal action to recover funds.

  • Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our "No Return, No Refund" terms.

  • File Privacy: Your uploaded designs are used strictly for printing your order and are not shared with third parties.
